**Position:** Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
**Experience:** 1–3 Years preferred
**Location:** Jaipur
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Welcome and assist visitors, clients and candidates professionally.
* Handle incoming calls, messages and basic correspondence.
* Maintain visitor and appointment records.
* Coordinate with HR and other departments.
* Manage front-desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.
* Handle basic MS Office and computer work.
**Requirements:**
* Good communication skills in **Hindi & English**.
* Presentable and professional personality.
* Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
* Good coordination and customer-handling skills.
