We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team Quesscorp to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of Upto 30000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• A receptionist is the first point of contact for an organization, responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Key duties include maintaining a tidy reception area, managing mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments and meetings, ordering office supplies, and providing basic information to visitors and clients
  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and Experience in Receptionist. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
