Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist patients/visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
Manage appointments and patient information.
Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff.
Maintain basic records and documentation.
Handle front-desk and administrative tasks.
Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Hospital/healthcare experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
