Welcome guests and visitors at the front desk
Collect necessary details from visitors, including the purpose of their visit
Escort and coordinate with guests to help them meet the concerned employees or the owners
Handle general front-office and administrative tasks as needed
Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with computers, including MS Office and web browsing
Should have a warm, welcoming personality and a presentable appearance
