Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and courteous Receptionist to manage the front desk operations of our school. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, maintaining records, and providing administrative support. Basic computer knowledge is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and student inquiry logs.
Handle emails, correspondence, and document filing.
Manage admission inquiries and provide basic information about the school.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Coordinate with school staff and management for administrative tasks.
Maintain attendance records and office documentation.
Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Email drafting and internet browsing skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant.
Experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Working Hours: School Working Hours (Monday to Saturday)
