💰 CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹2.8 LPA

Role Summary:

We are looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Receptionist/Patient Care Executive who will be the first point of contact for patients. The role involves front desk management, patient coordination, appointment scheduling, billing & payment collection, and ensuring a positive patient experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

•Greet and assist patients politely

•Manage appointments and coordinate with doctors/therapists

•Handle billing, payments (Cash/Card/UPI) & daily reconciliation

•Maintain front desk, waiting area & clinic coordination

•Monitor basic inventory and housekeeping coordination

Skills Required:

•Good communication & interpersonal skills

•Basic computer knowledge

•Patient-friendly and professional attitude

•Prior clinic/front desk experience preferred
