We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees and should have good communication and organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier services
• Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments
• Assist in administrative and office coordination work
• Maintain office cleanliness and reception area decorum
• Support HR and Admin team with daily activities
• Manage stationery and office supply records
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents
