Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: LOREM
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹19,000
Experience: 0.5 – 4 Years
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls through IndiaMART and other lead platforms
Update, verify, and maintain customer and sales data accurately
Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into orders, and close sales
Ensure all records (physical & digital) are organized and easily accessible
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
Prepare basic sales reports and follow-up summaries
Support administrative and documentation tasks as required
Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and business data

Required Skills:

Experience in IndiaMART calling & lead management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, email handling)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Customer-focused attitude with positive problem-solving skills
