Job Description:
Newtons Computer Classes is looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and assist with student inquiries. The role also includes handling telecalling activities related to admissions and course information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Manage front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

·         Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls for admission inquiries and follow-ups.

·         Provide accurate information about courses, fees structure, and schedules.

·         Maintain records of student inquiries and update daily registers.

·         Assist in the admission process and documentation.

·         Coordinate with faculty and management for routine administrative work.

·         Ensure a disciplined and organized reception area.

Candidate Profile:

·         Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (Basic Computer Knowledge Preferred)

·         Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills may apply)

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills required.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and Email preferred.

·         Professional attitude and customer-handling ability essential.
