Job Summary:
New Horizon International School is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English (both speaking and writing) and previous experience handling front office responsibilities.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive (preferably in a school).
Good English communication skills (both speaking and writing).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist parents, students, and visitors in a courteous manner.
Handle incoming phone calls and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
Coordinate with school staff and management for appointments and meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
Maintain basic administrative records and files.
Provide general support to the school administration when required.
