• Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)

• Polite behavior and professional attitude

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)

• Good filing and documentation skills

• Ability to handle visitors and calls calmly

• Well-groomed personality and disciplined work approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk and reception area efficiently

• Maintain visitor register and ensure proper entry/exit records

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and redirect calls appropriately

• Maintain and organize documents, and records

• Update attendance registers and reception-related registers regularly

• Coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff for daily requirements

• Assist in handling vendor queries and basic coordination

• Maintain Excel sheets for records, attendance, and daily reports

• Ensure a clean and well-organized reception area

• Support administrative work as assigned by school management

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
