Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, transfer calls to concerned departments

• Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules

• Respond to basic email inquiries and forward important messages

• Coordinate with internal teams for meeting arrangements and visitor management

• Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

• Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

• Handle couriers, deliveries, and office supplies coordination

• Provide general support to HR and management when required

Required Skills:

• Basic to good English communication skills

• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

• Good telephone etiquette

• Ability to multitask and stay organized

• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach

• Presentable and professional appearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation

• Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (preferred but not mandatory)
