Key Responsibilities
Ø Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Ø Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Ø Make outbound calls to potential students and working professionals to promote, explain, and create interest in the company’s immigration and education services.
Ø Manage front desk operations, including maintaining the visitor log and ensuring smooth reception activities.
Ø Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
Ø Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Ø Assist in preparing basic documents, letters, and reports.
Ø Support HR with onboarding tasks such as welcoming new employees and guiding them through initial processes.
Ø Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-organized at all times.
Ø Monitor and manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared before scheduled meetings.
Ø Handle petty cash and maintain basic financial or expense records (if applicable).
Ø Provide support during office events, visitor meetings, or company activities.
Ø Manage access control—issue visitor passes, maintain security awareness, and coordinate with building management when needed.
Ø Assist management with small tasks like printing, scanning, or coordinating team communication.
Ø Handle appointments, scheduling, and general inquiries efficiently.
Ø Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless day-to-day office operations.
Ø Assist with basic administrative tasks such as managing emails, filing, and data entry.
Ø Supervise and monitor the cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper upkeep of the office premises.
Ø Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned as per the role from time to time.
