• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in front office / receptionist role
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
Job Description:
The Front Office Executive / Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the front desk and welcoming visitors and guests
• Handling incoming calls and directing them to the concerned departments
• Maintaining visitor records and coordinating meeting room schedules
• Assisting with courier handling and office correspondence
• Providing general administrative support to internal teams
• Ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable at all times
