Receptionist / Front Desk Executive – Job Profile
Welcome visitors and greet them politely in person or on the telephone.
Answer inquiries and provide necessary information to visitors and callers.
Guide visitors to the appropriate department or staff member.
Maintain visitor records, log book, and issue visitor badges as per security procedures.
Receive incoming calls and emails, take messages, and forward them to the concerned staff.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the reception area.
Assist in maintaining office infrastructure and basic administrative support.
Support the team by completing assigned tasks and contributing to smooth office operations.
