1. Answer phone calls and respond to queries of patients

2. Book and schedule patient appointments

3. Maintain appointment calendar and inform doctor

4. Maintain and update patient records and medical history

5. Inform patients about expected waiting time

6. Should be able to co-ordinate between team members, doctors and patients for several work
