Receptionist – Coaching Classes (Ulwe)
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our coaching institute in Ulwe. As the first point of contact, you will welcome students, parents, and visitors while managing front-desk and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Manage student records, files, and office documentation.
Handle daily mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
Support administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
0–2 years of experience in receptionist/front-desk/admin roles preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Professional attitude and presentable personality.

Ulwe, Navi Mumbai
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 in-hand (depending on experience)
