Job Description:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails/couriers.
Maintain reception and front office operations.
Coordinate with internal departments as required.
Ensure a professional and customer-friendly environment.

Requirements:

Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
Presentable and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries.
