Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite and well-organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
Coordinate with internal departments for meetings and appointments
Manage front desk area and ensure it is clean and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and mail
Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Support facility team in daily operations when needed
