Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain guest records and update booking details accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain basic records when required.
• Provide information about the villa, facilities, and nearby attractions.
• Perform general administrative and front office duties as assigned.
