Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and sales-oriented receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our members, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing front desk operations, and converting walk-in inquiries into memberships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities (6 Hours Daily)
Member Welcoming & Front Desk: Greet members warmly, check them in, and ensure a smooth front-desk experience.
Sales Conversion: Conduct facility tours for potential members, explain membership packages, and actively sell gym services.
Inquiry Handling: Answer phone calls, respond to WhatsApp/social media queries, and follow up with leads to schedule visits.
Membership Management: Process new memberships, renewals, and payments using gym software.
Operational Admin: Maintain accurate daily attendance records, member data, and cash handling.
Sales Target: Achieve assigned monthly targets for new memberships, upgrades, and personal training sales.
Facility Upkeep: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles (fitness industry experience is a plus).
Sales Aptitude: Confident in promoting services, handling objections, and closing sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in [English/Hindi/Gujrati].
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and ability to learn gym software.
