Role & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients visiting the clinic.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointments.

Maintain patient records and daily schedules.

Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.

Manage billing and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Excellent communication in English and Kannada (mandatory).

Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or beauty center is an added advantage.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred).
