The Front Desk Receptionist or CRE serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. They represent the brand with professionalism, hospitality, and style. Responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments, coordinating customer flow, and ensuring a seamless client experience from entry to exit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly as they arrive at the store

• Manage the front desk – handle walk-ins, inquiries, and maintain client waiting area

• Coordinate client appointments and communicate scheduling with stylists

• Assist in basic client profiling and guide them to relevant departments or stylists

• Maintain visitor records, logbooks, and attendance registers

• Support in in-store events and customer engagement activities

• Handle phone calls, messages, and front-desk emails professionally

• Assist the team with administrative support as needed (documentation, reports, etc.)

• Ensure front desk and lounge areas are always clean, presentable, and well-stocked.
  

Work-timings: Females:- 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM || Males:- 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Week-offs: 4 week-offs per month || Rotational week-off
