Role Overview:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the Office /factory. This role is responsible for handling front-desk operations, maintaining records, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees politely.

• Manage incoming calls, transfer to concerned departments, and take messages when required.

• Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes as per factory policy.

• Coordinate with security for visitor entry/exit and staff movement.

• Handle incoming and outgoing courier/letters and ensure proper record keeping.

• Provide administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry.

• Assist HR/Admin with attendance records, staff inquiries, and general office coordination.

• Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times.

• Support in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room arrangements.

• Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee records.

• It is a Full Time రిసెప్షనిస్ట్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
