Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 day (alternate basis, Monday–Friday only; no Saturday/Sunday off)
Agreement: 2-year employment agreement

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and ensure a smooth experience for clients at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and greet clients professionally.

• Handle incoming calls, appointments, and visitor coordination.

• Maintain patient/client records and appointment schedules.

• Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth daily operations.

• Handle basic billing support and customer queries.

• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism at the reception area.

• Follow company policies and clinic SOPs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Reception, Wellness, Healthcare, or Hospitality is preferred.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge and appointment management skills.

• Presentable, polite, and customer oriented.

• Willing to undergo unpaid training in Chandigarh.

• Ready to sign a 2-year agreement with the company.
