1. Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations, assist patients and visitors, handle calls, and ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.

• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.

• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with doctors and concerned departments.

• Register patients and maintain accurate patient details in the hospital software.

• Guide patients regarding consultations, billing counters, pharmacy, laboratory, and other services.

• Maintain patient records, appointment registers, and front-office documentation.

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, telecalling, billing, and other departments.

• Handle patient queries politely and escalate complaints to the concerned authority.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Assist with billing coordination, appointment confirmations, and follow-up activities as required.
