Dr. Damini Bhasin Dental Clinic is looking for a smart, organized, and patient-friendly Receptionist to join our team.

📍 Location: 25 Raj Nagar Near Ram Mandir, Pitampura, New Delhi- 110034
🕒 Job Type: 10am to 2pm
                         : 4pm to 8pm

✅ Key Responsibilities

1)    Greet patients politely and make them feel comfortable

2)    Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails

3)    Handle walk-ins and patient inquiries

4)    Explain basic treatments, charges, and clinic policies (without giving medical advice)

5)    Book, reschedule, and confirm appointments

6)    Send reminders (calls/messages) to reduce no-shows

7)    Prepare bills and collect payments (cash, UPI, card)

8)    Maintain payment records and issue receipts

9)    Inform patients about treatment estimates if advised by the dentist

10)  Keep consent forms and reports organized

11) Ensure data confidentiality Coordinate between dentist, assistant, and lab

12)  Ensure waiting area is clean and organized

13)  Monitor stock needs and inform management

14)  Handle Google reviews and feedback politely

15)  Remind patients for recalls and follow-up visits

16)  Share basic clinic promotions or offers

17)   Assist in managing social media inquiries

✅ Requirements

• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, billing, scheduling)

• Pleasant personality with professional attitude

• Prior clinic/hospital reception experience (if any)
