Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous manner.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and billing coordination.
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
Maintain patient records and update hospital management systems.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Handle inquiries regarding services, doctors’ availability, and hospital facilities.
Manage front desk cash transactions and issue receipts.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
