We are looking for a Job Title to join our team Dhatri Ayurved Clinic and Panchakarma Centre to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will have to involve in all types of work included under clinic norms.The Key Responsibilities include : Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling.Handle phone calls, inquiries, and billing.Handle Front desk tasks.Maintain patient records and coordinate with medical staff.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.Involve in other activities like medicine preparations, assistance in Panchakarma therapies, etc.Multitasking and time management, remaining punctual at work, ability to prioritize tasks, confident and fluent in communicating with patients.
