Greet visitors and clients with a warm, professional attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; redirect them appropriately.
Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
Handle courier management – incoming & outgoing.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Provide administrative support: filing, data entry, printing, documentation.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure basic arrangements (water, stationery).
Assist HR/Admin with daily tasks as required.
