St. Xavier's World School, Sardhana is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and professional Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage the front office efficiently while creating a welcoming environment for parents, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students.

• Answer and manage phone calls professionally.

• Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records.

• Coordinate with school staff and departments.

• Manage admissions and general inquiry calls.

• Maintain office files and perform basic administrative tasks.

• Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on qualifications and interview performance)
