Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain front desk area and visitor records.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Pleasing personality and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
0–2 years experience in customer service, or receptionist role.
