📝 Job Description

Classical Wings Dance Academy is a well-established dance and fitness institute offering Kathak, Western Dance, Yoga, and Fitness programs. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support student admissions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk operations professionally
Welcome students, parents, and visitors warmly
Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages
Explain courses, fee structure, batch timings, and schedules
Support student admissions and follow-ups
Maintain enquiry records, attendance, and basic documentation
Coordinate with trainers and management
Ensure the studio remains organized and presentable

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
Customer handling and counselling skills
Experience in a dance / fitness / education institute is a plus (not mandatory)

🕘 Working Hours:

Full-time
6 days a week
Flexible shifts (as per class schedules)

💰 Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary based on experience and skills
