Job Description – Receptionist
Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Industry: Pharmaceutical

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a female Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide basic administrative support at our pharmaceutical company in Navi Mumbai. Freshers with good communication skills and basic knowledge of receptionist activities can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients and vendors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
Maintain visitor and call records.
Receive and manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail.
Coordinate with employees regarding visitors and meetings.
Maintain the reception area in a clean and presentable manner.
Handle basic filing, scanning, photocopying and documentation.
Provide basic administrative support to the HR/Admin team.
Maintain stationery and other front-office requirements.
Perform other basic receptionist and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of front desk/receptionist activities.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to handle visitors and calls professionally.
Immediate joiners preferred.
