Job Overview

We are looking for a presentable and responsible Receptionist for a Physiotherapy Clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior front-desk experience in a healthcare setup and be comfortable handling patients, appointments, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

• Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups

• Maintain patient records and clinic registers accurately

• Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-ins

• Coordinate with physiotherapists regarding patient schedules

• Handle billing support, payment receipts, and basic cash management

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming

• Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 25 years & above

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Receptionist (Healthcare/Clinic experience preferred)

• Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

• Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Marathi preferred)

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, WhatsApp)

  • Presentable personality and patient-handling skills

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 per month

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Can be flexible)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
