Job Title: Hostess / Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (as Hostess / GRE in hospitality, luxury retail, café or restaurant)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed and customer-focused Hostess / Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact at the SMOOR Experience Centre. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling guests, managing reservations, and delivering a warm and memorable guest experience in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach

• Manage guest entry, seating, and waiting lists efficiently

• Handle reservations and walk-in guests smoothly

• Coordinate with service and floor staff to ensure seamless guest flow

• Address guest queries, special requests, and feedback politely

• Maintain the reception area, entrance, and guest waiting area neatly

• Uphold SMOOR’s brand standards, grooming, and service etiquette

• Assist in handling VIP guests and special occasions

• Support front-of-house operations as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Executive

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric attitude

• Well-groomed and presentable appearance

• Ability to handle guests calmly during peak hours

• Basic understanding of reservation systems (preferred)

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Background:

• Experience in luxury hospitality, cafés, fine-dining restaurants, or premium retail

• Female candidates preferred
