We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide basic administrative support. The candidate should ensure smooth front office operations while creating a positive first impression for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and guide them appropriately
Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
Handle visitor records, courier, and incoming mail
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meetings
Provide basic administrative support as required
Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Punctual and responsible
Preferred Experience
0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Administrative Assistant
Other Requirements
Polite and customer-friendly behaviour
Ability to work in a professional office environment
Basic English and Hindi communication skills
