Job Summary
We are looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. The candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring smooth communication and a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages when required.
Maintain visitor records, appointment registers, and basic office logs.
Coordinate with different departments for visitor meetings and internal communication.
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers, letters, and official documents.
Provide basic information to visitors regarding company services or departments.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Preferred Qualifications
Female candidates preferred.
Higher Secondary (10+2) or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Candidate should reside within a reasonable and manageable commuting distance from the office to ensure timely availability for front desk operations.
