Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable
Assist customers with appointment scheduling and coordinate with the sales/service team
Maintain visitor logs, appointment records, and daily reports
Guide customers to the respective departments (Sales, Service, Finance, etc.)
Handle basic administrative tasks such as documentation, filing, and data entry
