Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors.
Handle patient registration, appointments, calls, and inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing, and other departments.
Maintain patient records, documentation, and appointment schedules.
Ensure smooth patient flow and professional front-desk operations.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of hospital/clinic reception experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Polite, presentable, patient-oriented, and well-organized.
