Receptionist with 1+ year work experience required in an agro export organisation located at Mumbai Central (nearby station)

JD:

- Manage front desk operations , greet visitors, handle inquiries, and maintain visitor logs

- Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages to relevant departments

- Handle courier management, prepare, track, and record DHL, Blue Dart, and other shipments

- Coordinate with the export team for timely dispatch of document sets to clients and banks

- Prepare DHL bills, schedule pickups, and track deliveries

- Maintain registers for incoming/outgoing couriers , samples, and office supplies

- Support admin tasks: scanning, filing, photocopying, and stationery control

- Assist HR/Admin with meeting room arrangements and daily office operations

- Keep the reception area neat and ensure a professional visitor experience

Salary up to Rs 25,000 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
