We are hiring a Part Time Receptionist (Female) for our office Arts, Music and Acting Institute.

Requirements:

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge is must (MS Office, email, data entry, etc.)

Languages required: Bengali and Hindi , Lit knowledge in English needed.

Well-mannered, polite, and presentable personality

Job Responsibilities:

Attending phone calls and visitors

Handling front desk work

Basic office computer work

Supporting daily office activities

Office Timing:

Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Wednesday to Saturday: (as per office schedule)

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Monday: Weekly off

Location: Kolkata Tollygaunge
