Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Group Landmark pvt ltd to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Booking and confirming appointments for vehicle servicing, test drives, and sales consultations using dealership management systems (DMS).

• Processing payments for vehicle repairs or parts, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash drawers at the end of shifts.

• Conducting follow-up calls after vehicle deliveries or repairs to collect customer satisfaction data and assist the CRM team.

• Maintaining basic knowledge of the vehicle lineup and current promotions to answer preliminary customer questions.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
