Handle visitor enquiries and provide appropriate information regarding the college/university, courses, admissions, departments, and facilities.
Maintain visitor records, call logs, appointment schedules, and other front-office records.
Coordinate appointments and meetings for management and concerned departments.
Receive and distribute documents, courier, letters, and other official communication.
