We are looking for a polite, organized, and responsible Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist in daily office coordination at our law firm.
Greet clients and visitors professionally
Attend and manage incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages
Schedule appointments and maintain advocate calendars
Maintain client entry register and records
Handle basic documentation, photocopying, scanning, and filing
Coordinate with advocates and office staff
Maintain office cleanliness and reception area discipline
Any graduate / Intermediate passed
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp)
Good communication skills (English & Telugu; Hindi is an advantage)
Presentable, punctual, and well-mannered
