Is confident in handling EPABX calls, mobile phones, and visitor management
Is comfortable with office coordination, record keeping, and documentation
Can manage attendance registers, couriers, scanning, and cheque/letter handling
Is tech-friendly and can handle WhatsApp communication, Zoom setup, apps, and basic automation
Can manage member coordination, meeting updates, calendar entries, and reminders
Is detail-oriented and capable of handling public notices/circulars (Customs, DGFT, CBEC)
Can assist with event arrangements, gifts, bouquets, and meeting logistics
Is reliable, presentable, and ready to support staff whenever required
