Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain front desk security and organize visitor logs
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Support other departments with clerical duties when required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
