Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes
Handle inquiries from students, clients, and guests
Maintain attendance records (if required)
Manage front desk operations and maintain office cleanliness
Receive and distribute courier, mail, and packages
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
Maintain basic office documentation and filing
Coordinate with different departments for smooth communication
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
Graduate / 12th Pass (as per company requirement)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Presentable personality and professional attitude
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach
