The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor logs, issue badges, and follow security procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Support various departments with clerical duties when required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide accurate information to employees, clients, and visitors.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
