• Greet students, parents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain daily attendance records of students using computer/software systems
• Manage student registrations and maintain updated records
• Coordinate class schedules and communicate changes to parents and coaches
• Handle basic billing, fee tracking, and payment records (if required)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
• Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting
